Terms and Conditions

Users of this site needs to be in accordance with the conditions of the reservation. This will have to read and accept the policy and conditions paragraph.
  • You may cancel your booking up to two days (48 hours) in advance.
  • Cancellations are only accepted by email; bookings@royal-guesthouse.com
  • In the event that you do not reach the accommodation schedule and without having made the cancellation, the accommodation has the right to charge your credit card for the first stay. (1st Night)
  • Deposits are non refundable
  • Every effort is made to ensure the Royal guesthouse  services provider processes your bookings correctly.
  • In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, just be responsible of the deposit will be charged at the time of booking .
  • It is the responsibility of providing hostel accommodation.
  • Royal guesthouse is located on the 3rd floor  without elevator.
